REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Cakes can be canceled up to 5 days of the due date, with only a 50% refund. Any cake ordered 5 or fewer days before due date is subject to an extra fee and total is due in full at time of order.( non-refundable)

Suagar Bin Bakery does not offer cash or credit refunds for any custom order cakes or specialty dessert items.
